Both NATA and JEE Main Paper 2 are Examinations held for students who want to pursue higher education in the fields of Architecture. One of the Major differences between NATA and JEE Paper 2 is the different Colleges/ Institutes that consider their scores during the admission process.
JEE Mains Paper-2 is conducted for getting admission in B.Arch and B. Planning Courses in various NITs (National Institute of Technology) and GFTIs (Government funded Technical Institutes), CFTIs (Centrally Funded Technical Institute).
NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) is conducted to get admissions in B. Arch. Course in various Architectural Institutions throughout India. These institutes are not necessarily Government Institutes and also Include Private Colleges and Deemed Universities.

JEE Main Paper 2 Qualifying Criteria
National Testing Agency (NTA) does not pre-fix any qualifying marks for JEE Main Paper 2 exam and minimum qualifying marks is decided every year on the basis of number of students appeared or as deemed necessary by NTA.
